做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
