做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
