做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
