做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
