做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
