做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
