做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
