做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
