做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
