做(zuò )法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
