做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
