做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品尝。 -
