做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
