做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
