做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
