做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
