做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
